129 complaints, 27 arrests, one felony and 23 civil infractions since the last meeting. Some of that was due to Friday’s Senior Walk. “It wasn’t as bad as some years,” he said.

I’m not a senior so I didn’t go, but it must have been one hell of a pub crawl.

While I’m in to vintage posters I thought I’d share with you another one of my favourites. This poster was part of a series of posters that were  designed before the outbreak of the Second World War. The other posters in the series were displayed quite commonly in England during the war. Those posters can be seen here, and here.
This poster was meant to be distributed if the war took a turn for the worse and England was either under continuous air attack, being bombarded by poison gas, or if England was invaded by the Germans.
Fortunately for the English this poster was never needed and was almost completely forgotten until it was rediscovered 50 odd years later. Since it’s rediscovery it has become something of a pop-culture icon in the UK.

cool vintage poster

The left click on my Logitech VX Revolution mouse is getting finicky. It will decide to double click when I single, and clicks randomly as I drag things about my desktop. #frustrating

agreed, but wouldn’t a touchscreen be much simpler/more user friendly?

Concept is incredible. In application it looks like a lot of work.
